(Interestingly, monster::res_poison() is explicitly organized so that sources from gear don't stack, but monster::res_elec() is not. This possibly ought to be changed? Of course, monsters have always been a little asymmetric in the sense that rF+++ and such is total immunity, and they can happily get that from 12:31:21 gear.
