(Pan is indeed a good place also, due to actually having a spawning clock and needing a lot to be comparable to the Hells for hellpan roulette plans, but there's five or so angles for fixing up the place and I'm not sure how much of each of them will be taken 00:14:46 beforehand. But dropping equipped armour does take 'unequip' -> 'drop' time.
