For further inevitable nerfs, I suggest cutting the rather random strenght boost from anaconda (and maybe dragon). The one thing I don't get however is bladehands... Who is this made for? It was superflous before the rework (ice form was better for 95% and� about as good for 4 out 02:51:45 of the remaining 5%) and it keeps getting nerfed since the rework... Gives deformed body, spellcasting-, can't throw, no shield, no gloves, needs decent amount of skill with two skills, you lose the slaying from your starter form... and what do you really get in return? A bit more damage but that keeps getting nerfed, too. Other T2 forms beat it by 02:51:46 a landslide and I'd even use beast over it on most characters.
